Organizational Memory : the Condition and the Result of Learning dynamics- Application in ICT

Abstract
How processes and results of learning are transmitted to individuals and to organizations they structure?
In order to directly link individual learning dynamics and organizational learning ones, we treat the problems of learning dynamics' translation in divided objects. This processing is implemented through a conceptualisation of the organizational memory as a relay of the cognitive assets in the daily collective life. Then, this new concept is put in situation considering technologies of information and communication. These are defined as supports and objects of memorization.
