E-Learning platforms aim to provide learners with the most appropriate activities and tools that best fit their needs. This requires animation methods and coordination for modules and pedagogical activities. An e-Learning system can be seen a collection of activities or process, whose functionalities are autonomous functions that may be designed separately as autonomous applications or e-Services, in using Web. This article presents our approach for designing an e-Learning platform that complies with several standards. The work described in this paper has been conducted in the framework of the XESOP project.
